ABOUT YOUR LMT
Caley is a licensed massage therapist specializing in injury rehabilitation, connective tissue disorders, nervous system conditions, and integrative approaches to pain management. She utilizes deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial, and lymphatic drainage techniques to combine clinical and intuitive care for each client.
Having a background of physically demanding labor jobs, powerlifting, and having a connective tissue disorder; Caley found a deep appreciation for how the body responds to strain, overuse, and injury. She is passionate about working with individuals managing chronic conditions and has extensive experience supporting athletes in both recovery and performance optimization.
Caley began her career in a spa setting, where she developed a strong foundation for supporting nervous system health through relaxation-focused techniques. She quickly transitioned into clinical practices, dedicating her work to post-surgical care, workplace injury rehabilitation and prevention, and sports massage for endurance athletes—helping clients move freely, recover quickly, and perform at their best.

Bodywork that targets fascia— connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs—to release tension and misalignment, especially in those with connective tissue disorders.
